Skills for Clean Growth

Workforce for the Future

Skills for Clean Growth (SCG) is a free business support programme that helps businesses in the West of England address the skills needed to deliver the region’s ambitions for clean and inclusive growth.

SCG supports businesses in their transition to a low carbon economy by providing access to a range of skills development, training and CPD – including the leadership skills needed to build a clean growth strategy; and the knowledge and tools to achieve sustainability.

Inclusive Digital Bootcamps

Digital Skills Investment Programme

UWE Bristol, alongside their partners, are delivering a programme of bootcamps in digital skills, targeting women, young people (19-25) and disabled people who have a desire to improve their employment opportunities.The bootcamps will span a range of subject areas including Artificial Intelligence and User Experience Design.

Each bootcamp is designed to have a direct impact on individuals’ employment prospects and also provide training in the softer skills needed to maintain future employment.
