Low Carbon Analysis

Once you are registered, our Clean Growth experts will invite you to an initial diagnostic meeting. During the meeting we will work with you to analyse your low carbon status, identify your needs, and produce an action plan in line with your clean growth goals. Our team will discuss the below areas with you.

Register

1. Low carbon analysis

We will firstly work with you to help evaluate your business’s low carbon status and identify the skills you require to plan and implement clean business practices and behaviours.

This includes raising awareness of the low carbon innovation and skills ecosystem that could help you navigate relevant funding and opportunities available directly through the programme and more widely.

2. Identify needs

Following this, we will help you understand your short and longer-term skills needs and start developing bespoke training and support options for you.

This will involve identifying any gaps in your low carbon capabilities and workforce skills to achieve your clean growth goals.

3. Action planning

Once your needs are identified, we will work with you to produce an action plan that outlines your current low carbon status and future needs, including bespoke training and support options for you.

This will cover a variety of workshops and training sessions suited to your needs. If not appropriate, we will help sign-post you to relevant skills, innovation, and enterprise support opportunities.

Once your analysis is complete, we will produce an Action Plan for you and invite you to the Clean Growth Skills Network.

The Action Plan will enable us to develop new and bespoke Training Courses and Workshops, and direct employees to existing available training.
